Terms & Conditions

1. Open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and Sainsbury’s, their agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.

2. No purchase necessary. To enter, fill in your details on the official entry online by the closing date.

3. One entry per person. No applications from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.

4. Responsibility is not accepted for any entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted or not received for any reason whatsoever.

5. Closing Date for receipt of entries: midnight (GMT) 30th April 2010. All valid entries received by the closing date will be entered into the promotion.

6. The winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision.

7. 1st Prize: Prize consists of 7 nights’ accommodation in a comfort 2-bedroom woodland cabin at the winner’s choice of Center Parcs resorts on a room only basis for 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 12 in one bedroom suite, plus £1,000 spending money. Travel insurance is the responsibility of the Winner. Prize must be taken by 31st December 2010 and is not valid over Christmas, New Year, Easter, Bank Holiday weekends and trade fair periods. All dates subject to availability at the time of booking. Travel arrangements and costs to and from Center Parcs are the Winner’s responsibility and are not included.
The 10 Runners up prizes: A Nintendo Wii Sport console and game pack. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, all prizes will only be available to the winners.

8. Winners will be notified by email or post within 28 days of the closing date. In the event that any winner cannot be contacted within a further 28 days, or does not accept the prize, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award any prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the originals.

9. There are no cash or other alternative prizes available except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative or equal or greater value.

10. Winners may be required to take part in publicity related to the promotion.

11. The names and counties of the winners can be obtained by sending a stamped SAE to Unilever Sport Relief Free Prize Draw, PO BOX 10220, Sutton Coldfield, B76 1ZH, from 4 weeks after the closing date.

12. The Promoter’s decisions regarding all promotional matters will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
